250M+ daily active lock screens became the stage for live sports. Turning fleeting glances into a habitual consumption layer across India and U.S, on low end android devices.
I identified three core user types

Hardcore Followers
Real-time micro-updates

Team Loyalists
Fast access to their team

V2 with improved affordances
Designing for easy content navigation and consumption
I designed full-screen cards you can swipe through endlessly, each with one clear action and a rhythm that keeps you scrolling. Navigation flows naturally from the lock screen to live games to detailed stats, picking up on what you follow and watch without collecting personal data.
Full-screen card navigation flow
Progressive disclosure pattern
Personalization signals capture
I standardized M, L, and XL card templates that work across IPL, NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL with real-time data. I also designed three ad placements that follow the card rhythm, with viewability rules and frequency caps to keep ad inventory predictable.

Final Design
Each card is full-screen with one clear action, designed to pull you into the next swipe while keeping detailed stats just a tap away. The feed reorders itself based on the leagues you follow and the games you care about.
